Lawful, wanted messaging
Do not use MessageROI to send spam, fraudulent or illegal messages, impersonate another business, distribute malicious links, or contact recipients without a lawful basis.
Respect opt-outs
Do not bypass suppression, use alternate imports to contact unsubscribed recipients, misrepresent sender identity, or remove the opt-out mechanism from marketing messages.
Protect the platform
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other workspaces, evade rate limits, abuse tracking endpoints or falsify purchase events. Sending may be suspended while suspected misuse is reviewed.
Provider rules
Campaigns must comply with applicable carrier and provider requirements. MessageROI marketing traffic uses promotional messaging routes.
