Terms of service

Initial product policy. These terms must be reviewed and finalized by the operator before a public commercial launch.

Service

MessageROI is operated by Globalio LLC, Delaware, USA. It provides SMS campaign management, prepaid messaging credit and revenue attribution. Delivery, reply availability and carrier behavior depend on the destination and selected sender.

Your account and audience

You are responsible for account access, accurate billing details, the content of your messages and a lawful basis for contacting recipients. You must respect opt-outs and applicable messaging rules.

Credit and charges

SMS credit is prepaid monetary balance for a sufficiently identified messaging service. The purchased credit is the net service value before tax. Tax is determined at top-up from the verified customer type and billing location. Business status is reviewed separately; a missing VAT number does not by itself make a customer a consumer. Refunds reduce the corresponding unused net credit and tax amount. Contact the operator through your established account relationship for billing disputes and refund requests.

Attribution

Reports reflect the events received by MessageROI and the selected attribution window. Browser storage limitations, blocked tracking, missing identifiers and unreported orders can affect results. Revenue attribution does not establish that a message caused a purchase.

Availability and account restrictions

Workspaces may be paused or suspended to address abuse, insufficient credit, provider failures or security issues. No untested scale or uninterrupted availability guarantee is made by this initial policy.
