Privacy notice

Initial product policy. These terms must be reviewed and finalized by the operator before a public commercial launch.

Data processed

MessageROI processes account and workspace details, imported contact data, message content, delivery events, replies, link clicks, purchase events and billing records to provide the service.

Providers

The service uses Supabase for authentication, data and storage, Vercel for application hosting, BulkGate for SMS delivery and Stripe for payments. The operator must finalize applicable provider agreements, transfer disclosures and retention schedules before public launch.

Tracking

The website tracker stores a MessageROI tracking identifier in first-party browser storage on participating customer websites. Workspaces control allowed tracking origins and attribution windows. Customers are responsible for their website notices and consent configuration.

Contact preferences and deletion

Recipients can unsubscribe using the link included in their messages. Minimal suppression information is retained to prevent re-importing an unsubscribed phone number from causing further marketing messages. Contact the business that sent your message regarding its contact records and privacy requests.

Operator contact

The operator’s verified privacy contact details and complete retention policy must be added before public commercial launch. No unverified company address or certification is asserted here.
